Max ’s background is in television production, originally as a producer and director with MTV and VH1 where he specialised in directing and producing a wide range of live and pre-recorded shows and music performances.

He also developed show formats and was BBC trained in script writing and tv directing as well as voice-overs. Max worked on shows around the UK and in the US.

From there he moved to Camelot, the UK National Lottery operator, where he was responsible for the video production and distribution strategy for one of the UK’s biggest brands.

Max founded video production and strategy agency, TaleFin, in 2015 to deliver an alternative, results-oriented approach to video content for brands and businesses. He also delivers bespoke ‘On-Camera Training’ courses for individuals and businesses, to help them and their staff present to camera with confidence and authenticity.
