Working as a Diagnostic Radiographer since graduating, Michaela is also an Industrial Relations Representative for the Society of Radiographer, including serving as Chair of the South East Regional Committee.  For the last three years, she has run successful study days in the region and, in 2017 was nominated by her colleagues for Representative of the Year for the Society, winning the award for both the South East Region and for the entire UK. 

Michaela got engaged in May to someone she met in Canterbury whilst studying at Christ Church.  She is currently undertaking her ultrasound training, having passed the modules in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and is thoroughly enjoying both home and work life. 

Her ultimate ambition is to be a Consultant Sonographer and back here at Christ Church, we are putting money on her succeeding!
